Right-Sizing & Idle Resources
We analyse VM and resource utilisation data to identify instances that are over-provisioned for their workload. We also flag resources that are running but idle — deallocated VMs still incurring disk costs, unused App Service Plans, empty or barely-used databases, and other spend that delivers no value.
Reserved Instances & Savings Plans
For workloads with predictable, steady-state usage, reserved instances and savings plans can reduce compute costs significantly. We identify which resources are good candidates based on their usage patterns and calculate the potential savings compared to pay-as-you-go pricing.
Storage Tiering & Lifecycle Policies
We review storage account usage and identify data that could be moved to cooler or archive tiers based on access patterns. We also check whether lifecycle management policies are in place to automate tiering and deletion of stale data, reducing storage costs without manual intervention.
Overall Spend Efficiency
